Terms of Service

Parallax Worlds, a product of Dalus AI Inc. Effective Date: May 20, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Parallax Worlds website located at https://www.parallaxworlds.com and any related pages (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference and deemed part of these Terms.

2. About the Site

The Site provides information about Parallax Worlds and our offerings, and allows you to contact us or request a demonstration. The Site is informational in nature. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, and any commercial relationship will be governed by a separate written agreement.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time without notice.

3. Contacting Us and Requesting a Demo

The Site includes a contact form through which you may submit information such as your name, email address, phone number, and job title, and a “Book a Demo” option that directs you to a third-party scheduling service (Calendly). Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of any third-party scheduling service is also subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

You agree that any information you submit through the Site is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems or networks;
  • Use any automated means to access, scrape, or collect information from the Site except as permitted by our robots and similar instructions;
  • Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information through any form on the Site; or
  • Use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, images, video, and the “Parallax Worlds” name and marks — are owned by or licensed to Dalus AI Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own informational purposes. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services (for example, our scheduling provider). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of third-party sites. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Parallax Worlds, Dalus AI Inc., and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms at any time. The most current version will supersede all previous versions, and we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
